Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

All returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and send it back using the provided return details.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

To help us process your return quickly, you must provide a clear photo of the items before shipping them back. Please take a picture of the contents inside the package at the shipping location. This allows us to verify all items and avoid delays.

Returns without photo confirmation may result in delays or partial refunds if items are missing.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please allow up to 7 days for us to review your return. Once approved, refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Sale and Promotional Items

Items purchased with a discount greater than 20 percent are considered final sale. These items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

This includes discount codes, automatic discounts, bundles, seasonal sales or any combined promotion exceeding 20 percent.

If your order contains both discounted and non discounted items, only the eligible items may be returned.

If a final sale item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days at info@emma-wear.com with clear photos. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully check all products before shipping. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:

Check your order immediately after delivery
Take clear photos of the item and packaging
Send the photos to info@emma-wear.com within 14 days

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund. Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unworn and unwashed
Items must be returned in original packaging
Items must be free from damage unless received damaged

In some cases, we may offer a one time replacement without requiring a return. If you are not satisfied with the replacement, both items must be returned to receive a refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us with your order details and request. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.

Return Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Refund Timing

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
